30th Anniversary CHARTER DINNER  
Howley Hall Golf Club 3rd Nov 2018 

       
 President Jeremy led Rotarians partners guests and friends - 96 in total who gathered for the clubs 
 30th Anniversary CHARTER DINNER and enjoyed a good meal and a sing song to Paula Marie's vintage songs which led to an encore.        
Guest of honour was District Governor 1040 Nigel Arthurs PHF and Margaret . 
Grace was said by Rotarian Steve Godder.
Loyal Toast by President Jeremy Parkinson
Welcome and Introduction of Guests was by PDG Keith Davison
President Elect Rotary Club of Birstall Luddites.
Sergeant at Arms Carol Parkinson.
Entertainment was provided by Paula Marie, The Vintage Vocalist
Jeremy announced that the
table collection and donations collection was £565.
DG Nigel gave an insight into his progress in his hectic year as District Governor, presently
having visited 71 out of 102 clubs including 26 meetings and 9 Charters (30 chicken dinners)
and travelled 3500 miles around District 1040.
President Jeremy announced that the club honoured the services over many years to
 Rotarian John Sugden with the Paul Harris Fellowship award .
