Lunch meeting Sitwell Arms, Bucknell

Wed 19th June 2019 at 1.00 pm - 2.30 pm

We met today for the first time at this venue and were very pleased......

A report on this venue from Paul Barrett:

"The Sitwell proved to be an excellent venue for our lunch today. A modern, clean private dining room which could accomodate about 36.  A really friendly and helpful landlord. The food was excellent with a choice of Steak and Ale or Pork in gravy pie followed by apple pie/chocolate cake served with custard, cream or ice cream served on hot plates. Drinks were a good price.

Its definitely a venue to consider for future meetings ( editor's note - the Sitwell Arms has been pencilled in for every third Wednesday during the coming Rotary Year)

Downsides are the parking is limited and the two seater tables are small and Dave Barwick's elbows are bony!" Thank you Paul .....
