SLIMBRIDGE 2020 PROJECT

Jackie Harris is clearly very passionate about the WWT establishment at Slimbridge.

She gave us a fascinating potted history of Peter Scott’s early life, leading upto the Trust establishment.

And then an update on the 2020 Project for Slimbridge – to generate and fulfill their future vision for conservations.

For this they have already secured support of £4.4 million from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) towards our plans.
