This event will be held at the Calcot Hotel, Reading, on Sunday 3rd February 2019. The cash bar is open from 12:15pm and the meal commences 1pm. If you are the President-Elect for your Club, take this opportunity to meet fellow Rotarians who will be Club Presidents in 2019-20, as well as the District Officers and Executive committee for your year.
The meal will provide a choice of starters, folowed by roast beef and all the trimmings, then a choice of desserts. Teas and coffees will follow.
All eligible Rotarians will receive an invitation by the end of December 2018.
