How to Login

For members only


Club members please log in for more information.

Overview

There are two ways to login.

A) with your email adress and a password (the email address must be the one on the Rotary GB&I database)

B) with your username and a password (Your Club's secretary or webmaster will have set this up)

In both cases there is a way logging in if you have forgotten anything


Details


Click Members then Login

You will see a page like this


Option A -Enter your email address and password and click Login

Option B ignore the email and password boxes and click on template login 

You will see a page like this



If you know your username and password - fill them in and click SIGN IN

If you don't know one or both of these or you want to change them - proceed as follows

Click anywhere on  Forgotten your template password

You will then see the following. 


Enter the e-mail address currently on the Club's database answer the tricky questions then click Send 

The email address must be the one currently on the site's database.  Try your regular one if in doubt.

You can close both the template tabs in your browser and switch to your email system.

You will receive an email from Template Admin, subject "forgotten login details" with a link 

Copy and paste this link to your browser and you should get a form like this

Enter your new password (twice) answer the difficult questions. Click Reset and you will be given a login screen.

When logging in remember to use Template Login with your username NOT an email address

Once logged in you (and only you) can alter your username under Members Area/Update your details. Changing your password requires you to follow the procedure above from the top.
