Forest Classroom for Holmesdale Infants School, Dronfield

Outside, forest classroom for a local school

We were approached by the Headteacher of Holmesdale Infants School for financal help in providing a Forest Classroom for her pupils.

As you will all remember the summer of 2018 was HOT and the children needed shelter whilst having their lessons outside.

Our Club gave advice and financed the provison of the Forest Classroom. Bolsover Woodlands Enterprise ( A social enterprise that manages and protects woodlands in Derbyshire. All the team members are adults who have learning disabilities- read about their work at bolsoverwoodlands.org)

The classroom and the firepit for cooking sausages - is a tremendous asset for the school.
