Scottish Night - 4th February 2019

The Dunbar Club's traditional "Scottish Night" was held on 4th February 2019


Twenty-six members and guests attended the Club's Scottish Night at the Hillside Hotel on Monday, 4th February 2019.  The haggis was piped in by David Laird and the Address to the Haggis rendered by Brian Dale.  After a traditional meal of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties, followed by Cranachan, we were entertained by songs and poems, many in the Scots vernacular, performed by members of the club.

A great evening's entertainment, enjoyed by all.

more 21 members and friends from the Rotary Clubs of Dunbar and Haddington walked to Cockburnspath where they met members of the Duns and Eyemouth Clubs for refreshemts and fellowship.
