Rotary Foundation Quiz Evening (22 March 2019)

An amazing £1933 raised for Rotary's work world wide.

The Quiz Night on 22nd March raised the sum of £1933 for Rotary charities.

Our thanks to Club members Alan Dearman, Nathan Silk, Nigel Dorey and Rod Goldsbrough for their efforts and also to Jocelyn Dorey and Jos Mortimer. Especial thanks to Steve Hogg, who played a major part across all aspects of this very successful evening. Thanks also to Brian Sarre at St. Martin’s Community Centre and, of course, to Cherry Macmillan and her helpers around whom the whole evening revolved.

Thanks to everyone who donated raffle prizes but a special thank you to White Rock Brewery, who donated free beer to be sold at the bar, and two excellent prizes as well as actually coming to the quiz.
