Sport & Social/ Visit to Ronez Quarry (Thursday 25 April 2019)
Rotary down deep and dirty!thumbnail view
On the evening of Thursday 25 April the Rotary Club of Guernsey got down deep and dirty with a trip to the Ronez Quarry.
Thanks are due to the quarry staff, and particularly our guide Seamus, for
giving up their time to provide such an excellent insight into the work
carried out by them.
Afterwards we went on to the Peninsula Hotel for an excellent 2 course meal and were entertained by Dennis Le Prevost and his wife who are a singing duo.
Finally, a big thank you to Nigel Dorey for once again organising another one of his excellent trips.
