Gloria Barnett, biologist and oceanographer
With a history of teaching exciting science, Gloria is an expert in all things ‘Ocean’ giving Insight Lectures at conferences, visiting primary schools to teach Underwater Adventure Days and she's often found entertaining audiences on board cruise ships in a variety of places around the world.
Gloria includes original footage of marine creatures in her talks, which help her audiences to understand the weird and wonderful life beneath the waves.
As an author - her books range from a non-fiction Guide to the Oceans, to underwater adventure stories for 8-12 year olds and coming soon - 'Logan the Lobster' - a book for 3-6 year olds. All details at: www.barnettauthor.co.uk
