Mick Duce Games Night

Tue, Feb 11th 2020 at 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Two Rotary clubs thrash it out

Every year Southport Meols and Southport Club vie for sporting supremecy in the Mick Duce Trophy. A challenging array of pub games such as pool, dominos, darts and even bagatelle are tested to their limits as Rotarians chuck, poke and push their way to athletic greatness ... and we need you on our team!
Tuesday 18 February
6:30pm start
Churchtown Conservative Club
Don't worry though, there are no jostling jocks or semi-professional domino dealers here and it is all very relaxed - you just play what you want to (if anything) and in truth nobody really takes scores beyond each game and it’s very lighthearted. There are plenty of casual tables and seating available for people to just sit and chat over a drink. We will have a light buffet and then the ‘competition’ culminates in a Jenga battle between the two Presidents (Winner hosts the following year).

Cost is £10 pp payable on the night with the profits going to Rotary charities

It really is the more the merrier, bring a gang - It would be lovely if we could turn up en masse! See the other club shaking in their comfortable shoes lol

Final numbers needed by Thursday 6th Feb @8pm and I would need the names of all the people attending.
