Narberth and Whitland Rotary Club held their Club Assembly in May when President Elect Elaine Bradbury outlined her strategy for the next 12 months.

Current Assistant Governor Derek Lloyd visited the Club and welcomed incoming Assistant Governor Mary Adams of the Narberth and Whitland Rotary Club into the role for the next three years. The Club are delighted to have Mary as AG and she also announced to the Club that she has been appointed Rotary International Assistant Chair of Public Image for Great Britain. This is a huge honour for the Club and Mary herself.

Derek has been in the post three years, and Mary presented him with a canvas of Stackpole’s Eight Arch Bridge as a memento and to say thank you for his dedication in the District post. It was a photograph that Mary had taken herself.

Club Team Leaders presented their vision and plans for the coming year under Elaine's leadership.

Derek wished Mary Good Luck in her forthcoming roles and wished Elaine Best Wishes as she starts her Presidential journey within the club. Derek told Club members that it is always a pleasure to visit the club, as members are enthusiastic, friendly, full of good ideas for fundraising, did marvellous work both in their Community and Internationally.

He thanked Current President Tony Ensom for the warm welcome at the Club, and wished the Club every success for the future.
