Visit to Norman Lockyer Observatory, Nr Sidmouth

The cost is £10 per head and payable in advance.The visit is for two hours,  An early start is not really possible as we have to allow for the people who work, the time to travel to the  venue, and the time to park up and get inside and seated. I would suggest therefore that you aim to be there for 6.45pm and a start time of 7pm.

After the visit: This is not being as easy to arrange as hoped as most pubs stop serving food at 9pm. However we can all meet up for a drink and chat, and even a bag of chips perhaps, afterwards and the most suitable venue would appear to be The Blue Ball at Sidford. EX10 9QL. It is justboutisde Sidmouth and on the way home for most people.
