President's Night at the Stagg Inn, Titley

We celebrated President's Christine's special night with home spun entertainment, great company, good food and lots of fun. It was also the celebration of our Rotary Club charter 43 years ago!

As always this evening's event was a special celebration of President Christine's year in office as well as marking the anniversary of our Rotary Club Charter 43 years ago. We were delighted to welcome our guests including friends of President Chris, Adrian and Ros Roberts, former member Martin Holberow and Jean, Peter and Mary Grey, and Nick's partner Kathy Campbell. The food and service at the Stagg were good and the homespun entertainment was excellent. As you will see from the photos we were amused by Kim, Norman, Eileen ( who's mouthpiece was Norman) Martin, Ivan and Cathy, Dorothy, Adrian and, winners of the Richard Morgan trophy for entertainment, Larry and Nick. The latter did a chaotic version of the Two Ronnies Four Candles sketch, which was written by Larry. They are already planning something for next year - watch out! So we had a great night and we are already looking forward to Margaret's President night in October 2020.....
