1     The President          Confirm the President (Rotarian Stephen White) and                                               President Elect (Rotarian Graham Dawson) for 2021/22.

2     The Secretary          Elect, by ballot if necessary, the 

                                Treasurer, Secretary for 2020/21

Conference of the Association and one delegate and additional delegate (and substitute) for Every 25 or major fraction thereof of its active members.
