Zoom business meeting followed by Club Council

At the monthly business meeting two issues were discussed.

Firstly support for the national Kids OUT body, although our partner in this venture, mother club RC of Barrow in Furness have yet to decide on their support, we agreed that we should support the national body at this time and agreed that we would send a £250.00 donation to their funds. It will be funded from our charitable trust account, funds for this years aborted Kids Out have been ring fenced for next year.

Secondly, whilst we had agreed that a decision would be made regarding TdF in June, i.e to go ahead or have a virtual event, that will now be delayed until mid July when we will know what our future insurance policy says.
