President Douglas Dow welcomed fourteen other members, and read the Minutes of the February Board meeting. He also reported on the successful Young Baker competition held the previous Tuesday afternoon at Hermitage Academy.
He said that, as a result of the efforts of Derek and Fiona Hall, twelve tables had been sold for the Bridge Night in the Rugby Club on 20th March 20 in aid of the Malawi Project.
Two schools have completed the documents needed for the Primary Seven Quiz at the Three Villages Hall in Arrochar on March 19, and Alastair Wilson has sent an email reminder to the eight others who are potential contenders.
The monthly raffle for a bottle of Glen Moray Speyside single malt whisky was won by Reay Mackay, and the weekly raffle for a miniature of whisky by Clive Horton.
