Christmas Tree Festival 2019

Members working together to decorate Christmas trees

Both Melton Aurora & Melton Mowbray Clubs entered decorated trees for the Annual Christmas Tree Festival in St Mary's Church which is open to the public 29th Nov to 2nd December 2019.

It is the largest tree festival in UK and attracts big crowds & is truly a magical experience.

This year the Aurora tree took the theme of "causes we support" & Rtn Wendy Daunt spent many a happy hour creating baubles containing the logos of Oasis, Storehouse, The Venue & Polio.

As our tree was adjacent to the RC Melton tree members assisted each other in decorating, Rtn Paul Saxby helping to cover the upper reaches of both trees!
