WPS Christmas Fair

ROTAKIDS RAISE MONEY FOR SPORTS EQUIPMENT

The Rotakids at Whitchurch Primary School organised 7 activities for the School’s Christmas fair which was held on Friday 29^th November.

The activities included guess the name of the Teddy, guess the weight of the Christmas cake, lucky dips, toys, books and sweet sale, last but not least ‘Splat the Rat.’ !! Within two hours they managed to raise £253.06.

At the end of the afternoon there were some items left over which were donated to the Cancer Research Wales Charity shop in Whitchurch village, who were extremely grateful.

A huge thankyou to the Rotakids for organising this event, and to all the pupils in the school for giving so generously to support the raising of funds for a wide range of sports equipment.
