  Dear Gordon and all at the Rotary Club of Charing Cross & in the R C Saalfelden, Austria,

 On behalf of everyone here at The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust, I would like to send you a huge thank you for donating £5OO towards our 2019 Christmas Gift Campaign for young cancer patients.

 This was our 13th year of delivering age-appropriate gifts to young cancer patients sadly spending their Christmas Day in a hospital bed. There are 500 hospital beds available across the UK for young cancer patients and this year 449 of them were occupied over Christmas; with your support, we were able to send each of these young people a gift box full of goodies and hopefully put a smile on their faces.

 Our offices turned into Santa's Workshop during December, as we and our army of volunteers collected, wrapped, packaged and sent off the c.2000 gifts to the 43 hospitals across the UK who specialise in youth cancer treatment.

 We were very happy that each young cancer patient received in their gift box: Luxury Lily O'Brien chocolates, healthy snacks, a distraction therapy Tangle, a £10 Amazon voucher and a charity wrist band & pin badge. They also received a selection box, and a choice of extra gifts including gorgeous PJ's, socks, hats, games, stationery, books and much more!

 None of this could not happen without the support and donations from organisations who help fuel the sleigh and make Christmas a little brighter for our young cancer patients.

 We really cannot thank you enough for your support.

 Early this year, we will be sending out our 2019 Christmas Thank You Booklet, in which you will be featured and thanked once again.
