This year’s Regional final of the annual Rotary Young Chef of the Year competition was held at Dundee College. Candidates cooked a three course meal for two from scratch on on an agreed budget. Competitors came from Perthshire, Aberdeenshire, Angus and Fife with Brydon Curran and Katie Cox , sponsored respectively by Rotary Clubs Kirkcaldy and Leven, making it to the Scottish Finals in Stirling in March.

Three competitors, from Madras College pictured, were sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of St Andrews, Kilrymont  and North Fife. All performed to a very high standard  against the eleven other competitors.
