Presentation of club donation to Herts Music Trust towards the purchase of a Soprano Saxophone

Rotarians Gabriela Lovelace and Michael Taylor presenting a cheque for £500 to the Herts Music Trust.

This donation is towards the cost of a Soprano Saxophone for the Trust, which holds a number of instruments for loan to students and schools who are not able to afford their own due to the significant cost involved.

This purchase completes the saxophone rang held by the Trust.

A quiet time in the Square

Each year our club, supported by the other two Hitchin Rotary clubs, takes over the Market Square to provide a variety of health-related advice and service, including free blood tests and diabetis testing.

We support the local Gateway Club, run under the auspices of the Hitchin & Letchworth Branch of Mencap, which provides a range of facilities for people over age 18 with a learning disability.
