Following the test meeting on Monday a Club Council Meeting was held on Thursday, staring just after the Clap for NHS. We used the free Zoom software which allows a meeting of up to 100 for 40 minutes. Getting everyone on line took about 5 minutes and the first free session was quickly over. We then needed a further two sessions to get through the business, which focussed on plans for the remainder of this Rotary Year and looking forward to next year.
It is hoped to hold a full Club meet next week and each Member will be contacted by e mail with details. It will be a short meeting - limited by the 40 minutes maximum allowed for a free meet.
