Details of the things we are doing in during the Covid-19 Pandemic


"50 Backpacks for the Homeless is doing fantastic work during the current pandemic, ensuring that food and other essentials are delivered to the most vulnerable and needy in and around Wisbech.  Wisbech Rotary is delighted to support them and has donated £500 to help them in their endeavours.  In addition, individual Rotarians have pledged to make personal donations.  To find out more about 50 Backpacks, including how to donate, visit their webpage:- https://50backpacksvision.uk/


Wisbech Rotary is also continuing to receive requests from Fenland District Council and the health service to support individual elderly people in need.  We have recently bought a bed to enable an elderly gentleman to be discharged from hospital, a microwave oven for one elderly lady and a bed for another.

We continue to meet on line and we continue to support the community"
