Mental Health Matters Wales

Mon, Apr 12th 2021 at 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Guest Speakers Michaela Moore and Sophie Bassett

Michaela, Director Mental Health Matters Wales, gave us an excellent presentation on their work  in our local community. Sophie, from the NHS at Angelton Clinic, spoke of the benefits the patients have received from the activity projector for which Rotary Bridgend provided funding.

The day after their excellent presentation the following comments were received from both Michaela and Sophie:-

I just wanted to say what a privelege and an honour it was to present the work that Mental Health Matters Wales is delivering within Bridgend communities.
I do not think you will ever truly know how much of a positive impact your kind donation has made on the patients and nursing teams at Angelton Clinic.   Your support really has changed lives of many by increasing social interaction, reducing isolation and improving wellbeing for all!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
M.H.M.WALES welcomes the opportunity to continue this partnership and we look forward to working with you again in the near future.
Take care all and stay safe.

Michaela Moore

I just wanted to again express my thanks for bringing such joy and positivity to our patients and staff in Angelton.
I look forward to showing you the machine in action when it is safe to do so.
Kind Regards,
Sophie
I really think this could be a very fruitful relationship between us and M.H.M.W.
