Mon, Nov 16th 2020 at 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

This is to give notice that the Annual Meeting of the club is due to take place via Zoom on Monday November 16 2020 at 1pm. The purpose of the meeting is to choose a President-Elect for 2021-22 (who will, without further election, become President in 2022-23), and two Vice-Presidents to secure the club leadership in later years. Our Annual Meeting also elects a Secretary, and an Assistant Secretary and a Club Treasurer for the following Rotary Year (2021-22).

Anyone wishing to nominate a member for any of the above posts should first seek the member's approval and then e-mail the nomination to me by Friday November 13.

Club Treasurer will present for approval the examined club accounts for the Rotary year 2019-20.
