International Dimension

Our Club has a long history of being involved with international projects

Shelterbox

Rotary is an international movement. The Rotary Club of Epping plays its part by:

  • contributing to Rotary Foundation, a global fund that has helped to eliminate polio;
  • allowing young people to experience family life abroad through the Youth Exchange scheme;
  • sponsoring medical students to experience healthcare in the third world;
  • supporting the Mary's Meals charity;
  • paying for Aquaboxes and Shelter Boxes for disaster areas;
  • contributing to a schools project in South Africa;
  • raising money for WaterAid
