Money donated to Rotary4Foodbanks scheme by Market Rasen Rotary is matched by Rotary Foundation Grants and the pooled fund is then used to purchase food items at discounted rates.  Participating clubs nominate their local foodbanks and if approved are then allocated food donations from this scheme.

Market Rasen nomintated two main foodbank projects:  Market Rasen Town Parntership group and Caistor COVID-19 Volunteer Response Ltd.  Both of these groups are supporting vulnerable families and individuals in their local communities.
