Club Special General Meeting

Due to current restrictions we meet "virtually" each week on Skype.
Today we will be holding our Club's Special General Meeting


In accordance with Bye-law 7, clause 2, of the standard R.I.B.I. Club Bye-laws, at about 1.pm on this day we will hold the Club's 2020Special General Meeting.
 The purposes of the meeting are for the
(i) receiving and approving the examined annual accounts for the year ended 30th June.
(ii) electing by ballot of the members the President for the next year but one
(iii) electing the President -elect and President Nominee, secretary and treasurer for the next Rotary year.
(iv) electing two voting delegates to vote at the ensuing Annual Conference of the Association.
Nominations for President, President-elect, President Nominee, Secretary and Treasurer are invited. If you are willing to stand, please tell Bill Dunlop.
