Trinity have a long association with the Forward Day Centre which gives opportunity and equality to adults with learning difficulties.
The pandemic provides particular difficulties to the activities of the Centre especially in the field of communications not only between the Centre and its staff but also between the Centre and its members who are isolated at home without connection with their friends.
Laptops enable the staff to talk with them, organise zoom meetings and find different activities to complete at home when restrictions inhibit full use of the facilities that the Centre has to offer
Trinity Rotarians have been pleased to provide the funds for a laptop computer and the photograph pictures Joint Presidents Peter Harris and Ernie Foreman making that presentation to Leslie Dumpleton from the Centre and some of their members
