Teddies for Buddy Bags
Six Towns Rotary Club has said "Ready, teddy, go!" to supporting vulnerable children.
Family and friends of the club knitted 115 bears and provided them to the charity, "Buddy Bags" at the end of 2020.

The club's donation also included a large quantity of Lego and a cheque for £500. Buddy Bags provides children, removed from their homes for their own safety with a backpack of essential clothing and toiletries, along with a comfort Teddy. Sometimes the children who receive the bags are taken from domestic violence at very short notice, with just the clothing they are wearing. The Buddy Bags demonstrate that people care about what is happening to them, as well as providing essential supplies.
