Paul Harris Fellowship Award


A Paul Harris Fellowship (PHF) Award is the highest honour that Rotary can bestow on an individual

 

Named after Paul Harris' founder of Rotary in 1905 in Chicago
the award is available to Rotarians and non-Rotarians
who demonstrate the high professional and personal standards
exemplified by Paul Harris

The award is given by The Rotary Foundation
in recognition of substantial and exemplary
community service in support of Rotary ideals

The award is also available to individuals who
make substantial financial contributions to Rotary Foundation

The Rotary Foundation is Rotary's own charity
disbursing about US$70,000,000 annually

The foundation making possible Group Study Exchanges, Ambassadorial and
World Peace Scholarships, the global effort to eradicate Polio
and through the Matching Grants programme,
annual support for over 1000 short and long term community enabling projects
