Amphora the Trading Arm of Colchester Council is working to develop very fast broadband access to areas with very poor service. When finished in 2023 it will cover over 20000 premises around Berechurch and Shrub End and will include the Almshouses where Michela Siggs is a Trustee.


Steve is responsible for delivering the Colchester Borough Digital Strategy aimed at making the Borough the best connected in the East of England and promoting economic growth and reduced costs by better use of digital technology.
