POSTPONED UNTIL 24TH JUNE 2022 (Subject to Government Restrictions)

Sadly, with Government restrictions on the number of people able to attend outside events, we've had to postpone this until 24th June 2022.

Please keep the date free.  We hope we can meet then.

'What We Do' Main Pages:

The David School - New Water Pump

Education Changes Lives - We have long supported this school in Sierra Leone, and, in March, donated £2,000. 400 girls and boys benefit from free education - and a chance to realise their potential, helping themselves and their country.

January 2021: The Club donated £750 to Peterborough Eating Disorder Support (PEDS), to help the charity produce a video to be used in their work.

Old Postcards

We've been recycling for years. Various items are collected by the Club, and then passed on to organizations, including the Leprosy Mission here in Peterborough, for them to re-use or turn into cash..

Silver Lining

We normally enjoy meeting up for lunch or dinner. This isn't possible at present, so members have been putting aside some of what we would have spent on our meals into a "Silver Lining Fund". This will go towards helping some local small charities.

Marcus Gets The Boxes On Their Way!

December 2020: A fantastic 357 shoeboxes collected, filled with clothes, toys, stationery, toiletries and household items, for distribution to people in Moldova.

ShelterBox In Action - Cameroon

December 2020: The Club donated £580 to the ShelterBox charity to support its work in supplying shelters, medical supplies and other essentials in disaster situations throughout the world.
