We ran a competition for local school children to design a logo to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of Staines Rotary.
The winning entry was submitted by Kiran Merhas, a pupil at Staines Preparatory School. Kiran said that “My logo represents a sharing and welcoming community spirit, that is why I have two individual hands shaking amicably. I also wanted to keep the theme of the Rotary wheel, keeping the colours vibrate, happy and strong”.
There is also a nod towards the NHS rainbow to symbolise the great work they have done for all of us during the pandemic.
Congratulations Kiran!
