Installation of the Refurbished Wishing Well at Bridgend Market

With the kind cooperation of Gordon Woodridge, the Chair of the Bridgend Market Traders Association, agreement was reached on a new location for the Rotary Bridgend Wishing Well.
With
the kind help of Rtns Edwin and Robin the well was removed from the basement of
the Rhiw Shopping Centre to Rtn Gwyn Thomas's home for some very much needed
renovation. Gwyn has put in a large amount of effort to get this
item truly back to life.
In parallel, plans for the production of a new Rotary Bridgend board, which would be placed on to the well, was put in train via a sign company in Brynmenyn.
