Thu, Dec 9th 2021 at 6:30 pm -

A rather special event, organised by Tina. Full details and menu circulated by Penny 24 August. See 'Details' below

Hello All

Tina has asked me to let you know that, Covid permitting, a Ladies ‘Bit of a Christmas Do’ is planned for Thursday 9th December at The Forest Park Hotel, Rhinefield Road, Brockenhurst SO42 7ZG: https://forestpark-hotel.co.uk/.

The cost of £35 pp covers two courses plus a glass of wine on arrival and you can choose whether you would like a starter and main or a main and dessert.

Arrangements have been made with Ken Ball to pay an initial deposit of £5 per person with full payment required by latest 22nd November.

So – what is needed I hear you all cry!

·        RSVP to let me know if you would like to attend by 10th September so that arrangements can be made for the £5 pp non-refundable deposit to be paid

·        Complete the attached menu selection sheet (or just let me know your choice) and return to me by 19th November.

·        On the night please bring a wrapped Secret Santa gift approx. value £5

·        FINALLY – AND MOST IMPORTANT :   Ken will pay both the deposit and balance on our behalf and will charge this to the Member’s Rotary Account

I hope all the above makes sense but, if not, please either email me or phone 02380 842762.

After a very difficult 18 months it will be a lovely opportunity for us all to meet up and celebrate Christmas 2021 – we do hope you will be able to make it.

Best wishes

Penny (on Tina’s behalf)
