The Rotary Club of Poole supports many of the charitable organisations in our area.

Working through schools, Poole Hospital and a wide range of local charities we aim to support local children and young people, especially the sick and disadvantaged, by organising competitions, providing equipment and making financial grants.

The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International was created in 1917 to "do good in the world." Through the Foundation, Rotarians sponsor international educational and humanitarian programs, investing some £230 million annually.

Our Friends are persons who have been closely associated with the Club in the past but are no longer members or are widow(er)s of passed members. Friends support us where they can and are always invited to our social events.

With our German friends at Kingston Lacey

Kiel-Eider (Germany) and Loches (France) are our twins. We visit, and are visited by, each of them on a four-year cycle.
