Inverness City Historic Walk App
Enjoy a guided tour of all the Inverness City historic sites using the free app. Starting at Inverness Castle the app will guide you to each site and, when there, tell you the history of the site before guiding you on to the next one. You can stop at any time – have a coffee or lunch - and then re-join the tour later, the app will know where you finished and restart from where you finished previously.
URGENT NOTE:
The Castle is now completely blocked off with workmen’s hoarding and, therefore, it is impossible to undertake the Inverness City Historic Walk using the app. Until the hoarding is removed from the Castle grounds, and access can be gained to the start of the app tour, the walk cannot be undertaken.
