Celebrate the Club's 99th Charter


The annual Charter celebrations for 2022 which will be held in the Harry Bound room at Les Cotils on 19 March 2022.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you wish to attend either as a couple or if you would like to organise a table of friends together tables can accommodate up to 10 maximum.

  • The maximum number of tables they can cater for is 12.
  • Please find attached the menu and a wine list for your information.
  • You will note that the celebrations will commence at 7.00pm for 7.30pm and carriages will be at 23.00pm.
  • The Dress code is Black Tie.
  • Food must be pre ordered in advance and menu choices should be returned to me at the latest 8 March.
  • The wine list is for information only as wine can be ordered on the night.
  • The food should be paid for in advance to the Rotary bank account quote “Charter + your surname".
