Nightwalk on the moor followed by a pub meal

5.45pm Wednesday 15 November 2021 from Norsworthy Bridge car park PL20 6PE
Location: NGR: SX568693. What3words: applause.studs.boom.

Walking on Dartmoor in the dark is a wonderful experience. You’ll be amazed at how soon your eyes become accustomed to seeing in the dark! We shall be walking for an hour and a half, under the guidance of friends from the Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team, starting at Norsworthy car park at the back of Burrator Reservoir, then driving to the Royal Oak at Meavy for a meal.

Please make a donation of at least £5 to the Devon Search and Rescue Team on the day or online. Or you can get sponsored and ask your sponsors to donate through the DSRT donations website

Please reserve your place if you would like to come on the nightwalk at plymptonrotary@outlook.com

The Royal Oak stops taking food orders at 8pm so you are advised to pre-order your meal so that it’s ready when we arrive before 8pm. Please fill in this form by Monday 13th November and Win will phone the bookings to the Royal Oak the day before.
