South Queensferry Rotary Christmas Appeal 2021

Despite difficult conditions brought about by Covid restrictions, Santa and his Sleigh assisted by his helpers from the Rotary Club of South Queensferry raised a total of £2,291.86 this Christmas. This figure was increased to £2900.00 by Gift Aid Contributions and by donations made through JustGiving.

The figure of £224.81 raised at Hopetoun Christmas Fair was matched by Hopetoun House Trust and very generously rounded up to £270.00 in thanks for Rotary assistance with parking. At New Hopetoun Garden Centre £292.16 was raised. £514.31 was raised at Scotmid and £33.78 at Shore Road. At Tesco, Santa raised £812.99. Substantial sums were also donated by card at all of these locations. Rotary Club President Derek Clark sends his thanks to the organisations who allowed Santa to visit their premises and to all who contributed so generously to the Rotary Christmas collection. He also thanks all the Rotary volunteers who attended Santa's appearances and assisted with parking at Hopetoun Christmas Fair. Money donated goes to numerous local causes.
