Leith Rotary opened a very successful pop-up Charity Shop in the run -up to Christmas 2021.
Generous donations of clothes, books, CDs/DVDs, children's toys, bric-a-brac etc were received from our partner charities and generally from folks in Leith.
Mary Moriarty, "the Queen of Leith", opened the the shop for us at the beginning of December. The shop ran until just before Christmas.
All the bills are now paid and we are in the process of distributing the profits of around £4,000 to our partner charities:

Leith Rotary was established on 17th April, 1952 and "Chartered" on 21st July, 1952. There were 26 members of the Club when it was chartered. The Rotary Club of Edinburgh is the 'Mother Club'. There are now 25 active, and 1 Honorary Member.
