Hythe Rotary donate to Salvation Army

In support of their Christmas campaign for the community

Pictured here Hythe Rotary President Liz Dearden, presents a cheque to Lieutenant Susan Shorland-Compton, who is the recently installed leader of the Salvation Army in Hythe.

The cheque's value is £1,000 and the donation was made to support The Salvation Army's community work over the Christmas period.  This work included the Christmas Present Appeal, Christmas Day Dinner for those in need or on their own, as well food parcels.

The presentation was made during the Hythe Rotary Christmas celebration, held at Etchinghill Golf Club during December
