Details of the Organisers and Contacts
The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Matlock in conjunction with the Matlock Rugby Club.
The Cromford Classic Car and Bike Show is now in its 8th year.
Matlock Rotary and Matlock Rugby Club are non profit organisations. All entrance and stall holder proceeds from the event are processed via the Matlock Rotary CIO. Charity Number 1202727.
The organisers who are Rotary & Rugby Club Members do not receive any payments from the event other than re-imbursement of third party expenses.
Any tickets sold via our ticket agency are held in a separate client account and not distributed to the organisers until after the show has taken place.
Profits arising from the show are split evenly between the Matlock Rotary CIO Charity number 1202727 and the Matlock (Baileans) Rugby Club [Charity number]. Matlock Rotary uses its share of the funds to support its charitable activities in UK and abroad. Matlock Rugby Club uses its share of the funds to support its Youth Activities.
