Breakfast Meeting - District Governor Visit

District Governor Elect our own Wayne Morgan MBE, District Governor Ray Bevan and Rotary Bridgend President John McCarthy

President John welcomed Ray to our breakfast meeting.

With just 17 days of his presidency remaining, Rotary Bridgend were delighted and honoured to have Ray join us on the final club visit of his year in office.

This year’s Rotary theme is Serve to Change Lives and Ray talked about how he has been able to support RI President Shekhar Mehta’s message is to empower women and girls worldwide and grow our membership.

Ray shared with us the successes and challenges faced during his term. A most notable successes has been to see two new clubs starting out - Rotary In Cardigan Bay and Rotary Ardal Aberystwyth.
