Club Christmas Luncheon

"Dear All
I was very sorry to cancel the Christmas lunch on 15th December, but I felt it was too dangerous in those weather conditions.
I have arranged to reschedule if for lunchtime on Thursday January 19th.
The menu will be the same and those of you who can come and have already chosen, need to do nothing except let me know you will be there.
If you now cannot attend, tell me and you money will be returned.
If you could not attend before but, now can attend please let me know with your choices and send the money to Linda. £24 for two courses, £28 for three. This includes the tip but not drink.
So 12:30 for 1pm at Cotswold Hills Golf Club. Remember your bottles for the raffle. There will not be a speaker but there should be crackers and paper hats.
Everybody needs to let me know what they are doing by Jan 12th. Let's hope Siberia does not strike twice.
I thought the Carol Concert was a great success and have had a lot of positive feedback. Hard work for everyone but I hope you feel it was worth it as a good community event as well as a money raiser.

These costs include staff gratuity but not drinks which will be available at the Bar.
The menu is available from Janet. Please note if you are choosing two courses this can either be Starter and Main or Main and Dessert.
Please advise Janet before 12th January with either Y/N. If you are not attending Janet needs to know.
For new attendees please advise Janet using A,B,C. etc from the Menu. If you were previously attending, you do not need to advise your choices.
Payment    For new attendees Ideally payment should be made by direct transfer into the Club General Account as follows,
