Mwynhaodd aelodau’r clwb ymweliad ddiddorol iawn ar y 24ain o Fai i’r adeilad newydd ei adeiladu sef sefydliad tai gofal yn Awel y Dyffryn, Dinbych.

Mae Awel y Dyffryn yn gynllun tai gofal ychwanegol a agorwyd yn hydref 2021 gan Grŵp Cynefin mewn partneriaeth â Chyngor Sir Ddinbych. Wedi'i leoli yng nghanol tref Dinbych ac yn agos at siopau, mae'n rhoi cyfle gwych i bobl dros 60 oed fyw mewn amgylchedd diogel a chartrefol gyda gwasanaethau gofal a chymorth hyblyg ar gael.

Cawsom ein tywys o gwmpas gan rheolwraig y ganolfan Manon Jones a roddodd wybod i ni am y cyfleusterauar gael i breswylwyr, felly diolch Manon, ac i Walter am drefnu’r ymweliad.

Club members enjoyed a very interesting evening visit on the 24th May to the newly built care housing establishment at Awel Y Dyffryn, Denbigh.

Awel y Dyffryn is an extra care housing scheme which opened in the autumn of 2021 by Grwp Cynefin in partnership with Denbighshire County Council. Located in the heart of Denbigh and close to shops, it provides a superb opportunity for people over 60 to live in a safe and homely environment with flexible care and support services available.

We were shown around by centre manager Manon Jones who informed us of the facilities available for residents, so thank you Manon, and to Walter for arranging the visit.
