Entertainment at this years Senior Citizens Concert was provided by a very topical ABBA Tribute Band.
The first half of the concert saw the band perform a selection of ABBA songs and in the second half they performed hits from the sixties, including audience requests.
The event was attended by 170 local senior citizens, who also enjoyed some light refreshment of choc ices and orange juice during the interval, all of which was very welcome on a hot summers evening.
Although the concert was free over £500 was raised through donations from those attending, so a big thank you to everyone.
In addition Colin Bradley, Dunmow Rotary President-elect, presented a cheque to Mike Coleman for the support of 'Dunmow First Responders' at this and previous Dunmow Rotary events.
