Visit to Mayors Parlour

This Monday we are visiting the Mayors Parlour - detailed arrangements follow - when members log in.


Details
The plan is for thse who would like to visit the Mayor's Parlour to let Graham Peart know asap. Then to meet up at the doors of the Town Hall in Queen Victoria Way at 5:45 pm. Parking is available behind the town Hall, entered from Easton Street.
Please note that the maximum that can be comfortably entertained in the mayor's Parlour is 15. Should more than 15 book in with Graham, the 2 shifts will be organised, with the first starting a little bit earlier than 5:45pm.
Guests, as always are most welcome. There is no cost to Rotarians for this visit, except that we will be making a donation to the Mayor's charity in return for his hospitality.
LAST MINUTE CHANGE - We will NOT be going to the Cricket Club afterwards due to two staff testing positive for Covid, instead we shall be going to the excellent Kappad Indian restaurant.It is located at 21A High Street (near the traffic lights for Queen Victoria Road). Car parking behind the council offices AFTER 8pm is free, just pay for the time before 8pm. Access is from Easton Street.
